Kitty Time and My Kitty Alarm Clock

Sunday, January 27th, 2008 — 10:52pm (PST)

Alicia once mentioned what she called "kitty time"—quality time spent relaxing with, petting, scratching, playing with, and otherwise enjoying the company of one's cat or cats—but Milla has added her own definition by taking on the role of kitty alarm clock. It works like this: if I stay in bed longer than Milla deems appropriate (for example, past the time when she reaches the bottom of her kibble bowl), she jumps onto my bed, stomps around on my chest, then either crouches on my chest or prods me with that cold, wet nose of hers until I get up.

I wonder if there is any way to set her for a particular time.
