I have not been sleeping enough lately—sometimes only a couple to a few hours per day and sometimes not at all—so I have been fueling myself with extra food, both consciously and subconsciously. It is not an even exchange, though; I have been tired and I feel as though I have been overeating despite my body's need for more energy. It also doesn't help that I have been eating more convenience foods than usual as such things seem to be rarely healthy or even of high quality.
I need more sleep, less and better food, and more exercise. I think I am trying to do too much in too little time; I should probably reconsider my priorities and push slumber higher up on the list.
